Arpitha Parthasarathy, PhD is a trained artist, jewelry designer, hand embroidery, fabric painting, yoga teacher and a scientist. She has been making paintings for her passion since the age of 3 using various media. She was trained in water-color and oil on canvas (by a family friend, Ms.Bhartati Majumdar) from India and learned the ancient form of traditional India art (Mysore art/Tranjore art). She now focuses on contributing to the wildlife and raising awareness through the medium of art. She specializes in scratchboard wildlife art of animals and birds or just human portraits portraying various culture!
The wildlife animals and birds including human subjects are Scientifically studied before composing and rendering as an artwork
